12. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS ?

In short: Depending on where you live in the United States or other regions like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Canada, you may have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) to not be subject to automated decision-making. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” or by updating your preferences.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, and—when applicable law allows—it will not affect processing based on lawful grounds other than consent.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support of services like customer support is permitted. All other usage categories exclude sender’s message data and opt-in consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Account information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
• Log into your account settings and update your user account.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain certain information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies:
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising by advertisers on our Services.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at support@jumppapp.com.

13. DO-NOT-TRACK CONTROLS

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Since there is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals at this time, we do not currently respond to them.
